A ray of hope

My mother created an association years ago, from scratch, a place for children and young people with special needs and a support for families in need in the area.

There is a family on the picture, the father, the children, the sick grandmother. This family, supported for several years, now has a bathroom in the house, the children raised without the warmth of their mother, with common sense and respect for their father, had the support to stay at school and could learn among their peers. One of the girls cooks with a passion I didn’t think a middle schooler could have.
Over the years, together with the association, we have seen people get involved and support children in need to recover, they have seen that they can change lives!

Today, in Iernut there is a free rehabilitation and socialization centre for children and young people with special needs, including ASD.
My mother does good deeds, she is my inspiration.

The “Sunshine” Association means love and a wonderful work done by therapists Luiza Moldovan and Alexandra Fodor, two psychologists, volunteers full of energy: teachers, an artist, a canto teacher, teachers, all these people have their heart in this association!

It is important to help, every day. Time is passing by.
